Inclusion that nurtures
At MiQ, everything grows - especially inclusion. We’re committed to over-delivering for our people, and creating a place where people want to work for us - and with us.
In 2025, we built on the progress we’ve sustained. We nurtured our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supported our ERG leads, doubled down on Bystander Intervention training, invested in emerging talent, and made our products and tech more accessible. Plus, we partnered with like-minded clients to ensure inclusion goes beyond the walls of MiQ.
This year’s I.D.E.A. campaign celebrates those who show up for each other every single day, and further our growth. Thank you for making MiQ a place where inclusion nurtures.

The people behind the progress
Let’s hear from the people who help to nurture an inclusive culture at MiQ, and those who have benefited.
How our employee resource groups nurture inclusion
‘ERGs nurture and create space for the building of genuine connections across the organization. People come together around shared identities, experiences, and interests, forming supportive communities that strengthen relationships and trust. The sense of connection that comes from the relationships built in ERGs helps people feel seen, valued, and part of something larger. This ultimately makes this the type of place where everyone can thrive together. It's the type of place where people feel they are included and can succeed.’
- Robert (RC) Whitehouse, Chief people officer and ERG executive sponsor

Rise summit 2025
In September 2025, we hosted our first-ever Employee Resource Group summit in Portugal. Bringing together all our ERG leads from across the world, Rise was dedicated to celebrating, educating and formulating. See how it all came together.

What's next?
Now that we’ve taken a look back, let’s look ahead. See what we plan to achieve next year and how we’ll further nurture inclusion across MiQ - and our industry.
Our 2026 goals and focus:
Everyday inclusion
1. Development:
Develop the best talent, who are inclusive by default, with a focus on managers and coaching
2. Passion:
Enable people to connect and leverage MiQ for their passions through ERGs and CSR initiatives
3. Acknowledgement:
Showcase inclusive MiQers who moves our business forward with unity
Unique perspectives spark innovation
4. Hiring:
Expand the talent pool to bring in people with different thought processes and experiences
5. Fairness:
Mitigate bias in every touch-point along the employee lifecycle
Equitable operations
6. Neutrality:
Maintain an anti-discriminatory filter on our response to crises
7. Accessibility:
Make sure MiQ is accessible to all
8. Partnerships:
Drive commercial growth through specific DEI and ESG actions.
2025 brought bold collaborations, bold approaches and bold outcomes. We're heading into 2026 with renewed momentum and clarity for our ERGs and their leaders. I'm really excited to build on this in the next stage of our global ERG program's maturity, as we diversify our reach, deepen our leaders' capabilities, and strengthen our programming to sustain their passions and drive meaningful impact.
